i recently moved to quincy in december last year and transfered my account over here. why did comcast give me two accounts under the same name and decided to charge me about 300.00 for one account (that's for one room) and 800.00 for the rest of the house? you'd think they'd try to fix their problem. hell no. for that single room account they were charging me about 83.00 for a starter and that has fewer channels than basic, so what was i paying for? nothing and i had to call to find this out. also within a month it accumulated up to 300.00. comcast ain't shit for over charging and giving people nothing! has this happen to anyone before?
