It's called fulfilling the terms of the contract that we pay them monthly to agree to.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is the same situation as if you rented space on a server somewhere, and it went down for a week where it wasn't your fault, and the hosts didn't tell/ask you in advance.
