yarg, i have the same problem and its so god dam annoying- for a while i had an encryption on the data i sent and recived or something like that and i had smooth torrenting though vuse. but in the past few days it came back and it makes me pissy i cant run a torrent in the bg while i browse the internet

I have ATT Uverse and I have a similar problem, whenever I hit bit torrents to hard let's say for a full night, I get capped. (I have a 3 mpbs, when capped goes to 300kpbs)
The only time I called to complain they schedule a technician to take a look, but after a couple of hours it came back to normal.
I haven't used torrents lately so can't be 100% and I only noticed twice.
Fucking ATT!
